what to expect

WHEN WORKING WITH EMILY PRIGGE PHOTOGRAPHY

The Process:

• emily will send over a proposal which includes a price/package breakdown (of total cost including any extra travel fees, engagement session fees, etc.), a contract, and a page that allows the client to make their first payment.

• the client will review + sign the contract and then make the first payment, which is 30% of the total cost.

• after the contract is signed + the first, retainer payment made, everything is all booked and the planning starts!

• if there is an engagement session add-on, this is when we would begin planning a date + location for the engagement session

  • you can expect your final engagement gallery within 4 weeks via an online gallery

• things will be a little quiet throughout your engagement but feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need guidance!

• two to three months prior to your wedding, emily will send over a questionnaire to get your day-of timeline started (assuming you would like emily’s help here!). if you need a timeline before then (sometimes hair and makeup vendors ask for one), please reach out.

• emily will draft a day-of photo timeline for you based on the answers in your questionnaire. if you have a planner and would rather I communicate with them, let me know.

• about one month or so before the wedding, emily will reach out to set up a call with the client to go over final details (including finalizing the timeline) and any last questions you may have to ensure everyone is on the same page!

• IT’S WEDDING DAY! emily will show up on your wedding day at the start time on your day-of timeline and photograph your day.

  • you can expect previews within 3 days of your wedding via an online gallery

  • you can expect your final wedding gallery within 12 weeks via an online gallery

• once your online gallery is delivered, download your photos!

  • don’t forget to save them in multiple spots just in case.

  • order prints or albums if you’d like, share the photos, or just enjoy newlywed bliss!

Turnaround Times:

• ENGAGEMENT - 4 weeks from your session date

• WEDDING - 12 weeks from your wedding date
